Cooked Long Grain Rice (45%) (Water, Long Grain Rice, Rapeseed Oil, Salt), Beef (16%), Water, Kidney Beans (10%), Tomatoes, Onion, Red Pepper, Tomato Purée, Cornflour, Garlic Purée, Brown Sugar (Sugar, Cane Molasses), Coriander, Ground Cumin, Salt, Rapeseed Oil, Oregano, Chilli Powder, Red Chilli Purée, Ground Paprika

Storage

Keep refrigerated (1°C to 5°C). Suitable for home freezing. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and within the use by date. Use within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze once defrosted. Use by: see front of pack.

FROM CHILLED: Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places on both compartments. Place on a baking tray on the middle shelf of a preheated oven. 190°C / 170°C fan / Gas mark 5 for 20 minutes. Remove film lid, stir and serve.

FROM CHILLED: Remove sleeve. Pierce film lid in several places on both compartments. Place on a microwavable plate. Heat on full power 5 1/2 minutes (800W) / 4 1/2 minutes (900W). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Remove film lid, stir and serve.
